Selection criteria

We look for Year 12 students who have already indicated their interest in accounting and are committed to combining both work experience and part-time study through their university degree.

Applicants should be enrolled to study a single or double degree at university with a major in Accounting, prior to commencement of their Cadetship Program.

We also look for students who have a sound academic record, dedication to excel, strong interpersonal skills, relevant work experience and the ability to provide a high level of service to our clients.
