Professional Background

Peter has over 20 years experience and has extensive knowledge in corporate and business advising.  He is a specialist in tax planning, capital gains tax, corporate restructuring, acquisitions, financing and employee remuneration strategies and also has a great deal of knowledge in commercial, competition and employment law.  Peter has been involved in a number of public floats and was Company Secretary to a major public company for 16 years.
