Professional Background

Warwick Butler is a Director of the Business Services Division.

Prior to being admitted as a Director of the Firm, he spent nearly 20 years with Coopers & Lybrand, resigning as a partner in 1987. He now has over forty years experience in the Chartered Accounting profession.

Warwick specialises in the areas of corporate structuring and tax planning with a varied group of clients and is predominantly involved in the business of property development, hospitality and  service industries.

He works closely with clients to developing their businesses and provides assistance with joint ventures and syndicates in a commercial and tax effective manner. This involves the disciplines of corporate structuring, GST, capital gains tax, cash flow.
