Professional Background

Geoff's career in Management Consulting spans some two decades, where he has worked with a vast number of Australian and International companies across the manufacturing, sourcing, retailing and services industries. The services that Geoff has provided to these companies includes vision setting and strategic planning, market research, organisational re-structuring and team building, supply chain development and specific projects aligned to the strategic planning process such as acquisitions and divestments. He also regularly addresses industry seminars and contributes to leading publications on topics of future outlooks and industry trends.

After running his own consulting firm for 17 years, Geoff joined Moore Stephens to work with the team of the recently formed Management Consulting Group to develop this important arm of the business.

The Moore Stephens Management Consulting Group, comprise Strategic Planning, Marketing Research, Executive Search & Recruitment, and Acquisitions and Divestments. Industry specialisations cover Retailing, Wholesaling and Manufacturing. These services have been developed in response to our clients needs for an integrated approach in assisting them to reach their objectives and to build the Moore Stephens brand across a broader business service and customer base.
