Professional Background

As Partner of Moore Stephens Melbourne and, Director of Moore Stephens Progress Technology, Jean-Claude has been providing specialised IT products and services to both national and international clients for over two decades. His experience spans sectors ranging from lotteries, gaming and entertainment through to education, finance, government, insurance, services and manufacturing just to name a few.

In Australia and abroad Jean-Claude has assisted many organisations with the introduction and deployment of new technologies, systems, processes, procedures and many innovative enterprise software solutions including Business Intelligence, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Payroll and Rostering. He also specialises in the area of IT Audit and IT Risk Management including inter alia business continuity planning, IT security, privacy and compliance management. Jean-Claude has also written a book on one of his practised disciplines, frequently presents seminars across Australia and also leads the development of an extensive range of commercial software tools used to mitigate risks associated with IT.

He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Information Security Manager and member of the Information Systems Control Association - a leading global Information Systems organisation representing individuals in more than 90 countries that fulfils the role of a central harmonising source of Information Systems practice standards for the world over.
