Professional Background

Robin joined Moore Stephens in 1973 and was admitted as a partner in 1979 specialising in revenue law planning techniques and taxation.

As a Director of Taxation Advisory Services he is responsible for developing tax effective succession planning and business restructures, having successfully introduced the tax research centre within the firm.

Robin's erudite grasp of complex tax issues has cemented the research centre's reputation as one of the most technically powerful within the profession, producing not only a vast array of technical information to other accountants, but also addressing the most difficult client tax issues.

His knowledge is reflected in the research and production of electronic interactive business and tax solutions through the firm's own publishing division. He is also the author of numerous publications, including the definitive "The Accountant's Manual". Robin's strong analytical skills, lateral mind and practical business acumen has resulted in him being invited to consult to a number of large business clients.
