Professional Background
Stephen joined Moore Stephens in 1996 and has acted for a diverse range of clients including individuals, large private groups, government entities and public groups. He has considered a wide variety of issues, the main emphasis in recent years has been on providing taxation consulting services to the property and funds management industries, manufacturing and University sectors.
Stephen is a leading tax advisor to the property industry and is a member of the Property Councils' (Vic) Tax Committee.

- Tax provision, tax distribution and tax return reviews.
- Taxation due diligences, reviews of product disclosure statements and information memorandums in these documents.
