Professional Background

Bruce joined Moore Stephens in April 2007 and is a Manager in the Brisbane audit and assurance team.

He has over 7 years external audit experience in various industries, and clients including public listed  entities, government agencies, private companies and smaller audits such as self managed super funds and trusts.

Recently Bruce has become a regular presenter on audit topics for CPA Australia, presenting to groups throughout Australia.

Bruce has highly developed interpersonal skills and is able to easily interact with all levels of an organisation, to ensure he understands his client's business.

He was admitted membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in July 2006 and ensures he stays abreast of legislative changes and updates through reading technical journals and professional publications, as well as presenting and developing material in topical areas.

Additionally Bruce prides himself on his sense of organisation and planning to streamline processes which ensures he achieves outcomes more quickly and efficiently.  He has  intimate knowledge of client priorities and requirements when dealing with their audit and assurance matters.
