Professional Background

Teena joined Moore Stephens in December 2004 and has five years experience in the chartered accounting environment.

Teena completed her degree with a Distinction and is a member of QUT's Golden Key International Honour Society which recognises high achieving students.  Following the completion of her degree Teena begun studying for her Chartered Accountant qualification while working at Moore Stephens, achieving a merit in one of the modules.

Teena is a Business Services Manager and is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across various industries including the medical industry and also the agribusiness industry where she has gained a wealth of knowledge and a strong background having grown up in south western Queensland.  She also has experience offering advice to small and medium enterprises, high net worth individuals and international clients.

Teena provides her clients with taxation expertise as well as ensuring the quality of the advice and compliance work meets and exceeds expectations.  Furthermore, she is committed to building client relationships and has a passion for identifying and improving client processes and looking for                   opportunities to add value.

Teena prides herself on her ability to respond to clients' requests in a timely manner and being able to provide the best possible advice in accordance with compliance standards.

She thrives on ensuring her clients achieve their financial goals whilst monitoring their compliance obligations. Taking the time to understand the    clients business and their future needs and wants   is paramount to Teena's success.

Teena stays up-to-date with industry trends and business developments by reading regular tax updates, newspapers and industry magazines and attending professional training sessions and tax seminars.
