Professional Background

Eve is the audit manager at the Cairns office of Moore Stephens. She is directly responsible for the planning, supervision and review of the audit engagements.  Eve liaises with relevant staff during the planning, fieldwork and completion stages to ensure that the scope of work is completed within the agreed timeframe. 

Eve moved to Cairns in 2004 to join an independent firm of Chartered Accountants as an audit senior from Horwath, Chartered Accountants, UK. 

She has over 13 years experience providing audit, assurance and financial consulting services to public and private sector entities in the United Kingdom and Queensland.

Since working in Australia, Eve has managed and performed audits for a number of public and private sector clients. Eve's technical expertise and local knowledge ensures assignments completed are of a high quality.

Eve has hands-on practical knowledge of various Cairns based and remote enterprises, associations and local governments which is invaluable in the audit process. 

Eve has developed a reputation for good communication skills which is demonstrated by strong client relations.

Eve has significant audit experience across a number of industries. Her clients have varied in size, structure and complexity exposing her to a host of different audit and accounting issues.
