Russell is a Local Government Advisory Director who has over 10 years’ experience with local government, the last 6 years in the provision of client services with the Firm and the previous 4 years in the provision of audit services.
He commenced his career as an Audit Clerk with Ernst & Young in South Africa. Following a brief stint at university in Australia he relocated to Zimbabwe. There he spent the next 14 years in senior management roles at two major companies including a multinational construction company. Both these appointments culminated in him being appointed Managing Director.
He has direct responsibility for a large number of our local government clients and his audit, financial and commercial experience makes him a valuable addition to the Firm
