Professional Background

Brian Pickup joined Moore Stephens in 2007, bringing 28 years chartered accounting experience including 22 years as a principal in a practice.

With specialist skills in forensic accounting, Brian is regularly used as an independent single expert to prepare business valuation reports and provide evidence for family law matters. Brian has also prepared expert reports and provided evidence to assist with litigation in the Supreme and District Courts.

As a registered company auditor, Brian continues to audit large proprietary companies and other incorporated entities. For smaller and medium sized clients, Brian has acted as the accountant tax agent and management consultant for over 20 years.

Brian also carries out due diligence audits for clients in the process of the acquisition of businesses.
