Professional Background

Allan has played a major role in the provision of tax advice on a wide range of corporate tax, international tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) matters.  His experience extends across a wide range of sectors and industries, including high net wealth individuals, local subsidiaries and branches of foreign multinationals, private corporate groups, the small to medium enterprise (SME) sector, property developers and boutique fund managers.

He writes articles on tax issues for the not for profit sector and makes submissions on taxation reform to the financial services industry. He has also conducted training sessions to law firms and to boutique fund managers (for compliance with their Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) requirements).
