Professional Background

Jenelle is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Company Auditor with over 15 years financial accounting and reporting experience within both the public and private sectors.

Jenelle commenced her training with Price Waterhouse before spending time in commerce as financial controller and 2IC. Jenelle returned to public practice in 2003 and has been responsible for and conducted the audit of ASX listed companies, disclosing entities, large proprietary companies and not-for-profit organisations.
In addition to performing statutory audits, Jenelle has provided internal audit and evaluation services to a large number of public, private and community sector organisations.

Jenelle has strong technical knowledge of ASX Listing rules and its Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations, the Corporations Act and Australian Accounting Standards complimented by excellent communication skills and her broad experience including commerce, taxation and audit.
