Professional Background

Scott has been responsible for and conducted the audit of major public companies and performed special assignments related to detection & investigation of fraud, valuations, economic loss calculations, due diligence and the preparation of Independent Expert's Reports for both listed and unlisted companies since joining the profession in 1991.

Scott's audit clients include ASX listed companies, private companies and trusts to mid-sized national and international companies.

Over the past nine years, special assignments undertaken by Scott have been dominated by engagements leading to an initial public offering ("IPO") on the ASX.  This generally involves participating in meetings and reporting to a Due Diligence Committee established for the purposes of a Prospectus and/or an acquisition.  Scott and his team is responsible for planning, performing and reporting on financial due diligence with respect to an IPO and or acquisition as well as preparation of an Investigating Accountant's Report and in some instances a review of a Forecast Report.
