Professional Background

Wayne has been in practice  for more than 30 years during which he was a director in a small practice for 20 years followed by a further 10 years as a sole practitioner. Wayne joined Moore Stephens Sydney in July 2006. Wayne's experience includes advising small to medium size clients in respect of their business operations, taxation , compliance requirements, acquisitions, sale and valuation of businesses, audits of companies and other organisations.

Wayne places a high emphasis on providing the best possible service to all his clients and is always responsive to their requirements.
