Selection criteria

Above all else, to be considered for a cadetship with Moore Stephens Queensland, you must be able to demonstrate your enthusiasm and genuine desire to pursue a career in accounting.  Excellent academic results are a good start, but you must be able to communicate your enthusiasm and energy throughout your application. Other criteria are:

• High level of time management skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• A commitment to achieving goals
• Great communication skills
• A focus on providing excellent service

You must also be:

• An Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Willing to attend university part-time whilst working
• Eligible to be enrolled in a Bachelor of Commerce / Business degree with a major in accounting at an approved university.
