We understand the importance of taking time out of your busy life and take a moment for yourself.

Moore Women in Business is delighted to invite you to join us for wellness sessions in April.
 

Self-defence classes with Counter Balance

You don't have to kick ass to be kickass. 

This session will be focusing on non-violent techniques and spatial awareness to take control of situations. You don't always have to kick, punch or poke. You will build real-world skills for use by women of all ages and fitness levels.

Yoga classes 

Our yoga classes will help you prepare for the busy day ahead. Through precision and alignment in the performance of posture and breath control, you will unwind and find your zen. 

Please bring your own mat to yoga classes.


A light breakfast and refreshments will be provided post workout.

All sessions will be held at level 18, 530 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000
