Seen as a crucial tool for successful modern day leaders and executives, the personal brand that you convey can have a huge impact on your career, perception, opportunities and future success. A strong personal brand can differentiate you from other professionals in your field, assist in building your credibility and help develop new skills and experiences.

Biographies:

Peter Niblett
Peter is currently an independent Non-Executive Director having retired from EY in November 2016. 
Peter is motivated by mentoring, coaching and counselling young people in all aspects of their lives and is passionate about Diversity and Inclusiveness and more importantly, the empowerment of individuals.
In keeping with his own vision of ‘sustainable success’, the importance of ‘personal branding’ that captures inclusiveness and diversity is about living and delivering on your core values.

Nicole O’Malley
Nicole is a qualified Economist with years of experience in Corporate and Government sectors. Five years ago Nicole left this world behind to focus on building the two small businesses she co-owns - Australian Kokoda Tours & O’Malley Fitness. Early on in this process Nicole realised the importance of personal branding and the role it played in the rapid growth and success of both businesses. Today, Nicole works hard with her employees to ensure a consistent brand message is always conveyed – where personal brand meets business brand. She provides advice on how your personal brand can impact your career and business.

The Moore Women in Business Network aims to raise awareness of inequality and exclusion in the business and wider community.
